Development Planner

Responsibilities

  • Develop the stores’ pipeline to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, conduct financial analysis, create business forecasts, and identify opportunities and areas for expansion and improvement.
  • Provide recommendations to the business development team, optimize existing stores, and strategize the portfolio.
  • Support the Real Estate team with a data-driven approach and store performance analysis to implement relocations and new locations.
  • Source commercially viable analysis for sites considering all formats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct feasibility studies and business cases (BCs) for all approved sites with finance and operations departments.
  • Collaborate with the Insights team to assess available data and deliver required reports.
  • Manage the location optimization tool, including data ingestion and customization of dashboards and analysis to meet business needs.
  • Operate the mapping tool.
  • Automate recurring reports to enhance efficiency in the reporting process.

Functional Knowledge:
