CRM Campaign Executive

Responsibilities

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Assist in planning and scheduling CRM campaigns across various channels.
  • Coordinate with Creative and Marketing teams to gather assets required for campaigns.
  • Set up, test and deploy campaigns, ensuring proper segmentation and targeting.
  • Monitor campaign performance during live runs to ensure smooth execution.

Content Management

  • Add and update content in the CRM plan and AWS ensuring accuracy.
  • Ensure all messages are aligned with the brand’s tone of voice and optimized for customer engagement.
  • Maintain a library of approved reusable content and templates for future campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Assist in gathering data for CRM reports, including engagement metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates)
  • Create basic reports to track campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Support the CRM team in identifying trends and making recommendations for future campaigns.
  • System Management & Vendor Collaboration
  • Support with the integration of new tools and systems to enhance capabilities and scalability.
  • Support with CRM vendors relationships to stay updated on platform updates, new features and best practices, ensuring timely issue resolution.

Stakeholder Communication 

  • Work closely with regional marketing and operations teams to maintain consistent
  • campaign communication and localization.
  • Develop presentation skills to communicate actionable insights
  • Provide regular updates to the CRM Manager on campaign status and performance

Skills

  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, MoEngage) as well as analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, GA4, Tableau, Excel), bonus if any experience with HTML/CSS, JSON, SQL.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines and priorities effectively, ideally using PM tools (e.g. Asana, Jira, ClickUp)
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is required.
