Responsibilities
- Implement a stores pipeline by identifying suitable real estate opportunities through strategic portfolio planning.
- Negotiate and finalize lease agreements, and handle rental transactions, including all related documentation.
- Oversee and manage the existing lease portfolio.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends and prepare comprehensive reports and analyses on proposed store locations.
- Develop lease budgets to support business analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and landlords.
Technical Skills
- Highly proficient in Adobe After Effect, Premier, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Prior experience with MS Office including PowerPoint application.
- Strong portfolio of graphic design and animation skills.
- Strong time management ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Very Good experience in publishing posts on LinkedIn.
