Responsibilities
- Provide Level-2 support for users, including Microsoft Office, connectivity, and business applications.
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding, asset allocation, and system configurations.
- Administer on-premises and cloud environments.
- Install and configure servers, hardware, and network devices.
- Maintain and operate infrastructure servers such as Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Conduct network audits, review logs, and ensure system functionality.
- Manage endpoint security and email backup/security applications.
- Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) with third-party APIs.
Technical Skills
- Requires extensive knowledge of administering Microsoft Office 365/ Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure Private Cloud, Microsoft Hyper-V, and related cloud applications, in a hybrid environment.
- Practice experience of ITIL concepts and best practices, ensuring adherence to IT service management standards.
- Experience with Domain, Azure-AD and proficiency in managing cloud resources, including deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Familiarity with Linux OS, Power Virtual Agents, leveraging chatbots and conversational AI for efficient user support.
- Experience of Amazon (AWS) Cloud services, including EC2, RDS, etc. and ability to manage cloud resources effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and end-users.
