Prepares and reports the full set of financial statements monthly for each of the group’s entities, and on the consolidation level, along with the required elimination entries.
Prepares and reports the full set of statutory financial statements for each of the group’s entities.
Prepares and reports all the required disclosures and presentations of the financial statements, i.e., investment vs equity balances, intercompany balances/transactions, etc.
Act as a key point of contact for financial reporting matters, working closely with senior management and other stakeholders
Liaise with external auditors to facilitate audits and resolve any issues across the group and assure meeting reporting and submission timelines.
Ensures the application of consistent, accurate and complete accounting treatment across all the group’s entities.
Provide technical accounting guidance and support for complex transactions and new product implementations
Ad Hoc reporting, analysis…etc. as required.
Skills
Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, MoEngage) as well as analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, GA4, Tableau, Excel), bonus if any experience with HTML/CSS, JSON, SQL.
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines and priorities effectively, ideally using PM tools (e.g. Asana, Jira, ClickUp)
Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is required.
Job Requirement
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Professional certificate is required, CPA/ACCA is preferred.
Experience
8-10 years of experience, out of which a minimum of 4 years with an audit firm.
Functional Knowledge:
Able to manage the relevant tasks on multiple individual companies and at group level.
Expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs).
Solid knowledge and experience in financial reporting functions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
ERP Knowledge, preferably Oracle.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
