Responsibilities

  • Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news). that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members.
  • Design layouts for social media posts, including selection of colors, images, and typefaces to ensure visually appealing and brand-consistent content.
  • Collaborate with the Brands marketing manager team across all markets to ensure brands consistency.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each social media platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
  • Develop and manage content schedules and distribution plans.

Technical Skills

  • Excellent experience in adobe Photoshop, illustrator, and InDesign
  • Proven working knowledge of Adobe Premier, Adobe After effects, and HTML.

Skills

  • Excellent experience in adobe Photoshop, illustrator, and InDesign
  • Proven working knowledge of Adobe Premier, Adobe After effects, and HTML.
  • Very good experience in using video editing programs
  • Very Good experience in social media management such as META platforms, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent experience in Graphic design and content writing.
  • Experience using various analytics software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Job Requirement

  • Education

    Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, CS, digital marketing, marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience

    3 -5 years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate or agency setting.
