Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume operational hiring needs.
  • Implement efficient hiring processes to streamline mass recruitment and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Assess and monitor staffing levels to support operational needs and optimize resource allocation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on hiring trends to forecast and address future manpower requirements.
  • Prepare recruitment reports, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline status metrics.

Job Requirement

  • Education

    Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Experience

    • 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with solid Recruitment experience.
    • Experience in the F&B (Food & Beverage) or Retail industries is preferred.
