Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume operational hiring needs.
- Implement efficient hiring processes to streamline mass recruitment and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and implement recruitment strategies.
- Assess and monitor staffing levels to support operational needs and optimize resource allocation.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on hiring trends to forecast and address future manpower requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline status metrics.
